Return and Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All Grim Shadows Studios products are custom-made to order by our production partners. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We work with trusted production partners to ensure quality. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at grimshadowsstudios@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

What Qualifies as Defective:

  • Printing errors or misprints
  • Damaged items (tears, stains, holes)
  • Wrong size or product shipped
  • Significant color discrepancies from product images

What Does Not Qualify:

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Buyer's remorse or change of preference
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Resolution Process

Once we verify the issue with photo evidence, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost (for defects or our errors)
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method (if replacement is not possible)

Return Shipping

Defective items do not need to be returned unless specifically requested. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label for verified defects. 

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of verification. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
